In this workshop we built on the key issues identified in the first workshop. These were prioritized into specific challenges within the theme of translation through a voting process. Working with 4 engagement designers in a high tempo, slightly pressured session the service deliverers surprised themselves with the volume and quality of the ideas produced.
After this we undertook a critique of the ideas with a really active dialogue (arguments!) on the relative value of the ideas. Members of the group were encouraged to amend, extend and correct the ideas sheets of others with the most successful ideas being further developed into firm proposals for more in-depth discussion next time.
